599N5 is a step-down switching regulator with integrated power MOSFET. The current mode control method can achieve fast loop response and improve loop stability. The wide-range input voltage (4.5 V to 60 V) provides a high-efficiency output of 0.5 A current, which can realize various applications of step-down power conversion under the condition of mobile environment input. The shutdown current of 0.1uA is suitable for battery-powered applications. Fault state protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit protection and thermal shutdown protection. The circuit of 599N5 is simple and the package is SOT23-6L.
