The MOSFETs are internally integrated with a very low RDS internal resistance of 10HoE metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors. With a wide input voltage range of 6V to 40V and fixed 5V and 3.3V output voltages, they are ideal for use in non-stable power supplies in the industrial sector. 1A continuous load current output ensures stable operation in all states of the system. With an efficiency of up to 94%, it meets the increasing demand for energy efficiency and durability in all systems. The internal oscillation frequency of 100KHz ensures minimal EMI interference to the rest of the system.
